It is not only beautiful, but also functionally it excels and it is considered what the construction design for a comfortable and easy-to-use human being is.
In the Department of Architectural Design, students think not only about whether a structure is beautiful, but also about what it means to engage
in architectural design for humans such that structures offer functional excellence, comfort, and ease of use. They learn about architectural device design; the interior design of homes and businesses; living environment design for seniors and other target populations; and design issues relevant to the preservation and reproduction of important
buildings. Students must also generate new designs.
The department has four areas of study: Architectural Design; Welfare Living Environmental Design; Preservation and Conservation Design; Interior Design
